During these 10 mins all writes will fail. Reads will work fine.
- Subscription creations will fail
- Existing subscribers will continue to have access to their subscription and content
- Login to Accesstype dashboard will fail but users logged in already can continue with their sessions
- Report generation on Accesstype dashboard will fail but already generated reports can be downloaded
