Accesstype database maintenance activity is scheduled on 19th December 2019 from 01:00 AM to 01:30 AM, IST.
Benefits: - Independent Database instance for scalability and performance optimisation.
The maintenance activity will last 30 mins and the downtime will be effective for about 15 mins during this time period.
Affected transactions: 'Write' transactions into the database.
Use-cases affected for Front-end users: Subscription creations and updates.
Accesstype Dashboard users: Manual subscription creations, reports and invoice generations.
All other ‘read’ transactions will remain unaffected i.e., front-end user login, subscribers viewing stories, paywall for non-subscribers and metered paywall will be unaffected.
Request you to plan for this down-time accordingly.
