During this 30 min window period, Bold and Auth Service(Bridgekeeper) databases will be upgraded.
There will be a downtime of ~5mins.

In these 5mins,
- Access to Bold will be restricted and read/publish/save will not be allowed
- Story syndication will be paused and resume after the 5 mins
- Sign-up/ login Bridgekeeper APIs will fail
- New sessions with Bridgekeeper will not be allowed

Important Note:
- Existing published stories will be served to FE apps and will remain unaffected
- Existing Bridgekeeper sessions will remain unaffected
