Quintype will be upgrading Bold's Elastic Search service to a new version.
During this upgrade, there will not be any down-time. Users will be able to fully use Bold but will experience degraded Search functionality for 30-45 mins in the use cases listed below. The search functionality will be functional but will not reflect changes that were made during the scheduled maintenance time period.
Affected Use Cases and APIs list: - Ability to find Stories in Bold that were created or updated during the scheduled maintenance time period - Ability to find Collections in Bold that were created or name updated during the scheduled maintenance time period - Ability to find Images in Bold created or caption updated during the scheduled maintenance time period - Ability to find Authors, Tags, Entities in Bold created or name updated during the scheduled maintenance time period - Following APIs will not reflect changes that were made during the scheduled maintenance time period - /api/v1/search - /api/v1/advanced-search - /api/v1/entities
Please Note: All other workflows other than the aforementioned ones will remain unaffected. Read and write of stories, collections, entities, tags, authors using Bold application will remain unaffected. All other APIs like story page APIs, section page APIs, home page API, collection APIs, entity APIs, Analytics, /stories.rss and sitemap update and delivery will remain unaffected.
